The course is an advanced level course relevant in the field of industrial engineering and management. The course will deal with the dynamics of organizational improvement, transformation and management, guided by theories and models from quality management, operations management, change management and innovation management. The course provides insights into how these concepts contribute to customer satisfaction, organizational success and a sustainable society. The course includes: Improvements, transformations and management of organizations through theories, models and ideas from areas such as quality management, operations management, change management and innovation management. The importance of organizational development for customer satisfaction, organizational success and a more sustainable society. Current knowledge and research on the characteristics of successful contemporary organizations. A project where the student is given the opportunity to choose a research area (within the scope of the course) for in-depth study
